Ingenium Ensemble is a mixed vocal group of six young experienced singers from Ljubljana, Slovenia. The group was founded in autumn 2009. Since then they have had numerous concerts and performances in Slovenia and abroad.

In September 2010 they participated in the national vocal group competition in Radovljica and won the first prize. In October 2011 they attended the regional choir and vocal group competition in Kočevje and won the first prize with golden plaque and a special prize for the best performance of a renaissance composition. In 2011 they performed at international festivals in Rorschach (Switzerland), Neuhaus (Austria), Maribor (Slovenia) and Novigrad (Croatia). In April 2012 they participated in the Naša pesem Choir Festival in Maribor, where they won the silver award as well as awards for the best vocal group and for the best formance of a folk song. In 2012 they attended a masterclass with VOCES8 and their artistic director Barnaby Smith during Europa Cantat 2012 festival in Turin. They mostly perform madrigals and motets from renaissance period, arrangements of Slovenian folksongs and new contemporary pieces composed by the young Slovenian authors. The main aims of the ensemble is to present rarely performed or even uknown masterpieces, to promote young composers and to improve the quality of their performance and interpretation.
